Lors de mon assignation à la compétition d’haltérophilie féminine (jeune fille de 13 à 17 ans), il y a avait un aspect dans la technique qui m’a fasciné.
À un certain moment, lors de la levée, pendant une fraction de seconde, le corps ne touche plus à terre. C’est aberrant quand on pense aux charges qu’elles soulèvent.
