Most of them were 15yo, since their federation could not even get the U20 guys.
Usually when a senior squad plays his own U15 version they win like 11-0.
But seniors were beaten 8-0 just 2 days earlier by Tonga while Australia beated Tonga 22-0.
At the end they weren’t tottally sad as their coach said in 5 years they would be competitive.AND THEY WERE.
EXACLY 5 YEARS LATER they scalated 8 places up the Ranking saddly other teams got stronger quiker and they slowly reverted to 2001′s level again.
